We’ve recently added some new drop in programs. Everyone is welcome to attend:
- Spanish Conversation Group – meeting on Mondays 6 – 7pm;
- Monday Art 10am – noon;
- Beginner Mahjong Thursdays 1 – 3pm;
- Scrabble Club Thursdays noon – 2pm;
- Drop-in Bridge meets Friday afternoons 12:30 – 3pm

Services
Printing and photocopying
The library offers printing, scanning and fax services during regular hours.
Curbside printing
We also offer convenient curbside service – it’s easy as 1, 2, 3.
Complete this form and we’ll print your documents and get them ready for pickup at your convenience.
Price
- Grayscale: 0.25/page (more than 20 copies = 0.20/page and more than 50 pages = 0.10/page)
- Colour: $1/page
Internet stations and unlimited WiFi access
Accessible internet workstations with printing, faxing and copying services. WiFi is unlimited and free both in the library and from the parking lot. No password required.
Loaner hotspots and Chromebooks
You can also borrow a WiFi Hotspot, meaning you can access the Internet for free at home or at the cottage. Hotspots circulate for a 2 week period with a valid library card.
If you need a laptop to connect to the Internet, we can lend you a Chromebook too!
Homebound Delivery Service
Library patrons within Arnprior and McNab/Braeside can receive deliveries of books (large Print, regular print or audio) as well as DVDs on a three-week rotation.
The start-up package includes a reader survey and information sheet and is available at the main desk or by calling the library 613-623-2279 or email to: Homebound@arnpriorlibrary.ca
We offer free passes to Ottawa's major museums and to Ontario provincial parks.
Passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To check availability, please call the library during regular service hours (613-623-2279) or view them in our catalogue.

- 4 passes, no holds, 4-day loan
Ingenium: Canada’s Museums of Science and Innovation
Canada Agriculture and Food Museum
Canada Aviation and Space Museum
Canada Science and Technology Museum

Note: Visit to both museums on the same day is prohibited.

Free English as a Second Language Tutoring
Our ESL meet ups are taking a break for the summer with plans to resume in September.
The library is pleased to partner with a qualified English as a Second Language Tutor to offer free weekly lessons for an adult learners group. All skill levels welcome.

Technology Training
Library Staff provide one on one training on personal devices for basic computer and smart phone skills as well as guidance on library resources such as eBooks, eAudio, streaming and databases.

- Large Screen TV and AV equipment available upon request.
- After hours available ($30 key deposit required)
- Fee: $100 for a 4 hour block of time for private and business bookings

Gaumond Room
- Lower level board room (elevator access)
- Seating capacity 15
- AV equipment available upon request
- Available after hours ($30 key deposit required)
- Fee: $50 for a 4 hour block of time for private and business bookings

Scharf Hall
- Main level atrium available for booking during library hours.
- Glass sliding doors offer limited privacy
- AV equipment; tables and chairs available upon request
- Fee: $50 for a 4 hour block of time for private and business bookings
- Not for profit / community group bookings: free of charge
