Libby
Libby is your one stop for digital books, audio and more than 4400 eMagazines!
Library card required
To use Libby you require an active library card. The 6 digit barcode number is often referred to as your PIN or user ID. If prompted for a password, the default is your last name, first letter capitalized. When you start, select the Arnprior Public Library and enter your library card barcode. If you reserve an item, you will receive an email when it’s available for you and a 3 day window to sign it out. Cards expire annually so we can keep our database current. If you need your card renewed you can do so on line or in person at the library.

Kanopy
Kanopy offers you thousands of movies, documentaries, series and a kids portal.

To get started, create an account in Kanopy. They will send you an email to verify your 6 digit library card number and password.
When you’re set up, you have 7 free credits each month. The Kids Portal and the Great Courses do not count against your credits. Additionally, Kanopy has released dozens of films that you can play credit free!

Interested in genealogy? You can get free access to this leading genealogy site in the library. Bring your laptop or use one of our internet stations.

One of our most popular destinations. Dozens of languages you can learn / practice right at home. Create a free account using your library card to keep track of the lessons you’ve completed. You can also sign in as a guest to give it a whirl.

Supports the information needs of patients and fosters an overall understanding of health-related topics. This resource provides content covering all key areas of health and wellness, from mainstream medicine to the many perspectives of complementary and holistic medicine.

Small Engine Repair
Small Engine Repair Source offers assistance in providing routine maintenance (tune-ups, brake service) as well as extensive repairs (engine and transmission disassembly). Small Engine Repair Source allows users to browse by product type, brand, model/engine type and model numbers.

Canadian Points of View Reference Centre provides a balance of materials from all viewpoints, including main essays, leading political magazines, newspapers, radio and television news transcripts, primary source documents, reference books and a series of titles.

Canadian Reference Centre is the largest collection of regional full-text content available to Canadian schools and libraries. The database includes leading Canadian and international periodicals, reference books and biographies, plus thousands of images from the Canadian Press.
