ACCOUNTS

Renewals

You may renew materials online by logging into your account or phone the library 613-623-2279

Logging into your account and our online services

Go to the login page:

Your user ID is your 6 digit library card number; the default password is your last name (it is case sensitive, with the first letter capitalized). We recommend you change your password after you log into your account the first time.

After you have logged in you can reserve items, browse your current loans and view your loan history.  You can also create a favourites list.

Suspend a reservation

Did you know: you can manage your reserves by suspending a reserved title.  This is a particularly nice feature if you have too much on the go or will be headed out of town for a bit.  You can resume the reserve when you’re ready and you won’t have been bumped to the bottom of the list!
