The Library is pleased to partner with Hospice Renfrew, Pilon Family Funeral Home and the Men’s Shed to present author Yvonne Heath and her #IJustShowedUp : Arnprior2025 event and book signing.
Yvonne is the founder of Love Your Life to Death movement. As Canada’s proactive living consultant, Yvonne teaches community how to Just Show Up for themselves and others so they are empowered and resilient when grief and life’s challenges arrive.
“Have you ever said the wrong thing to someone who was grieving, going through a crisis, or just having a really bad day? Haven’t we all? We’re afraid of saying the wrong thing, so we say nothing. We avoid. We stay silent. Let’s do better and Just Show Up!”

Wednesday November 26. Doors open for general seating at 6pm. Please let us know if you require accessible seating. Presentation begins at 6:30 with a book signing to follow. There will be sponsor displays, refreshments and engaging discussions.
Parking is limited in the library parking lot, but there is free street parking and in the nearby municipal lot.
