As we embark on our 130th anniversary in 2025, we take a look back at a record breaking 2024!
We have more than 5800 active members who signed just shy of 150,000 materials last year. After a limited access start to the year due to flood restoration work in the lower level, we hosted more than 800 programs with well over 10,000 participants.
We’ve got programming for babies to teens, book clubs, artistic meet-ups, language learning groups, music and more. If you haven’t explored all the library has to offer, let this be your year! Our library calendar provides up to date information on all our events.
We’re also excited about our community partnerships such as OnTrac Arnprior and Renfrew County Health Unit outreach nurse with their monthly visits. We’re also pleased to host Hospice Renfrew’s Grief Support Group on the first Thursday of each month.
In addition to all the digital resources you can access with your library card, you’ll also want to check out some of our special services such as museum passes and equipment loans (radon detectors, WiFi hotspots, thermal imaging camera, moisture meter and watt meters).
